高新创智广场项目坐落在四川省成都市天府新区，是由商业、共享办公、总部办公和酒店公寓组成的混合业态。我们以层叠与交错来构建整个项目的业态布局。形成了一楼商业空间的“顶”，和三层总部办公的“底”，并有效的链接了三个各自分开的地块，使城市界面形成了整体。

The Gaoxin Chuangzhi Plaza project is located in Tianfu New District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is a mixed-use development comprising commercial spaces, co-working offices, headquarters offices, and serviced apartments. We have structured the project's functional layout using a layered and staggered approach, creating the "roof" of the first-floor commercial space and the "base" of the third-floor headquarters offices. This design effectively links the three separate plots into a cohesive whole, forming an integrated urban interface.

青年白领、企业老板、商铺店家、遛狗散步的路人都在这座连跨三个街区的连体建筑下穿入穿出。让各种人群在认同这座建筑所带来的有机混合、自然自发的工作生活理念前提下，建筑成为共荣共生的城中之城。

Young white-collar workers, business owners, shop owners, and passers-by walking their dogs are all walking in and out of this three block connected building. Under the premise of recognizing the organic and spontaneous work and life concepts brought by this building, various groups of people can become a city of mutual prosperity and coexistence.

建筑业态功能的组合像千层饼，最下面围绕街区一圈的是临街商业，上面一点横跨街区的平板体量是共享的办公空间，平板的上面有一个连续的大露台花园，各个企业的独幢总部就在这个大平台上。这些群组功能的最北面则是以青年公寓为主的高层建筑，相应的立体交通则连接这些各个层面的不同业态。

The combination of architectural formats and functions is like a thousand layer cake, with the street facing commercial area surrounding the block at the bottom, and the shared office space spanning across the block at the top. There is a continuous large terrace garden above the flat, and the individual headquarters of each enterprise are located on this large platform. The northernmost aspect of these group functions is a high-rise building dominated by youth apartments, with corresponding three-dimensional transportation connecting different business formats at various levels.

这是一座微型城市，错综复杂的交通和步行网络贯穿其间，但也就是这些阡陌网络让人们在这场所中有了工作、生活的真实感。三个地块在东南西北方向分别有很多架空的入口空间，可以来到地块中央的庭院，也可以在东西方向一直在三个庭院贯穿步行。这条贯穿的动线，真正让三个地块组织到了一起，行人不必在车来车往马路边步行。

This is a micro city with intricate transportation and pedestrian networks running through it, but it is these crisscrossing networks that give people a sense of authenticity in their work and life in this place. There are many elevated entrance spaces in the southeast and northwest directions of the three plots, which can lead to the courtyard in the center of the plot or walk through the three courtyards in the east-west direction. This running line truly brings the three plots together, and pedestrians do not have to walk from car to car to the roadside.
