这座游泳馆由比赛场馆和社区服务中心组成。建筑外观呈现极具雕塑感的几何形体，突出的木色悬浮屋面覆盖着其丰富的公共空间，并意外的有一个露天屋顶花园。
The natatorium consists of a competition venue and a community service center. The exterior of the building presents a very sculptural geometric shape. The prominent wood color suspended roof covers its rich public space, and there is an open roof garden unexpectedly.
我们希望创造出一个不同以往的体育建筑。她是体育赛事、政府职能、商业活动合一的最佳环境，将成为积极的市民活动场所。游泳馆按照国家比赛标准建造，明亮、舒适的比赛池和训练池为竞技选手提供自然、放松的比赛空间，甚至能够透过透明墙面直接从比赛场内看到空中花园的绿树。
We want to create a different sports building. It is the best environment for the integration of sports events, government functions and commercial activities, and will become an active place for public activities. The natatorium is built according to the national competition standards. The bright and comfortable competition pool and training pool provide the competitors with natural and relaxed competition space, and even can see the green trees of the air garden directly from the competition field through the transparent wall.
在比赛场外，训练池区域接连比赛场馆和社区中心。最大化的利用场地面积，训练池的屋面成为商业活动的公共平台。而社区中心承担了紧凑的政府服务职能，将与市民联系最频繁的部门窗口集中到了这里。同时，附属的商业设施能够为参加活动和办事的市民提供休闲、餐饮服务。
Outside the competition, the training pool area connects the competition venues and community centers. Maximize the use of site area, the roof of training pool becomes a public platform for commercial activities. And the community center has taken on the compact government service function, and has concentrated the most frequent Department windows with the citizens here. At the same time, the attached commercial facilities can provide leisure and catering services for the citizens participating in activities and services.
在这座建筑未来使用的过程中，每次开展赛事或市民日常的游泳活动，从比赛场馆外部都能透过玻璃看到比赛池亮了起来，提醒更多的市民加入。社区中心的立面性格相反，厚重且具有雕塑感的外墙安静的展露这座建筑低调、人文的一面。这是和往常体育建筑设计不同的建筑语言。建筑师期望比赛选手、观众、游泳爱好者、市民、公务职员在这座建筑及公共空间中快乐的竞技、工作和生活。
In the future use of the building, every time an event or daily swimming activity of the public is carried out, from the outside of the competition venue, you can see through the glass that the competition pool is lit up to remind more people to join. The facade character of the community center is opposite. The thick and sculptural exterior wall quietly reveals the low-key and humanistic side of the building. This is a different architectural language from the usual sports architectural design. Architects expect competitors, spectators, swimmers, citizens and public servants to enjoy their competition, work and life in this building and public space.
这座建筑是一次对体育建筑新使用方式的探索。当体育建筑需要具备商业功能，政府服务职能趋向透明务实，带来体育建筑和多功能建筑的融合。综合功能、开放、日常、人文是这个游泳馆的崭新特征。
This building is a new way of using sports buildings. When sports buildings need to have commercial functions, the government service functions tend to be transparent and pragmatic, bringing the integration of sports buildings and multi-functional buildings. Comprehensive function, openness, daily life and humanity are the new features of the natatorium
