麓湖在重庆悦来延续了在成都的开发策略，以高品质的居住环境和艺术氛围建立全新的居住感受。

而在重庆，区块内增加了更多的创意商业、TOD办公、艺术公园功能使这里的生活、工作、休息成为闭环。

我们可以看到随着山地自然而形成的，覆盖有茂密树林和空中栈道的艺术公园。层峦叠嶂、上下互通的创意商业，还有如老石板坡布满上下山小路的EOD办公，链接地铁服务社区的TOD办公商业综合体。

LUXELAKES in Chongqing Yuelai continued its development strategy in Chengdu, and established a new living experience with high-quality living environment and artistic atmosphere.

In Chongqing, more creative business, Tod office and Art Park functions are added to the block, making life, work and rest a closed loop.

We can see the art park which is formed with the nature of the mountain, covered with dense woods and aerial plank road. There are many creative businesses, such as the EOD office on the old stone slope, which is full of paths up and down the mountain, and the TOD office complex which links the subway service community.
